FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All overnight guests are issued pool wristbands at check-in. These wristbands allow access to our pool area and include the use of the pool and kiddie pool. Wristbands also let our staff know you are a guest of ours. Each site will be issued wristbands for 2 Adults and up to 4 children. Additional wristbands may be purchased at the Ranger Station for an additional charge.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to guests choice of refund less a $25.00 administrative fee or a Camp Credit for the entire amount paid. Camp Credits MUST be used in the same camping season.
7-14 days prior to your arrival date, Camp Credit less $25.00 Admin fee.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to your arrival, forfeit ALL money paid for reservation.
Guests are allowed one (1) date change per original reservation, provided the date change is made more than 7 days prior to your original arrival date. Additional date changes will be charged $10.00
Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do NOT give refunds due to the discomforts of nature. We schedule staff and plan activities based on reservations. Understand that we cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules or other situations affecting our guests and therefore enforce our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances.
No refunds for early departure.
We do not charge extra for pets, but we do ask that all pets be kept quiet and on a leash at all times. Leashes may be no longer than 8 ft and must keep your pet within the confines of your campsite. Pets may not be left unattended at campsites. If you leave the campsite, your pet must go with you. Uncontrolled barking or excessive complaints registered against any pet may result in your being asked to leave the campground without refund. Pets are not permitted in any cabin, cottage, facility buildings, pool area,or playground areas. Please promptly clean up after your pet (Guests who do not clean up after their pets may be asked to leave the campground!)
Guests must be 21 years of age to rent a site at our park. We are a family oriented campground and as such we expect all rules and regulations to be followed. if you have any questions regarding these rules please see the Rules page on our website. If you do not feel that you can abide by the rules set forth, we ask that you please choose another campground that may better suit your needs.
Campsite rentals and rates are based on 2 Adults and their dependant children, with a limit of 6 people per site. Campsites are allowed one camping unit and one vehicle per site. A second vehicle (including boats) may be allowed for an additional $3.00 per night. Overflow parking is provided free of charge in designated areas.
Additional Adults and extra tents are subject to an additional charge.
All reservations must be paid in full at time of booking. We will allow a 7 day grace period for those guests wishing to send a check for payment. Checks will not be accepted for reservations less than 15 days out.
We do have security guards on duty during the evening and overnight hours. Quiet Hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Please note that no outdoor radios or TVs will be allowed during Quiet Hours.
Check in time for all campsites and rentals is 3:00PM. Check out time for campsites is 1:00PM, and check out time for Cottages and Cabins is 11:00AM.
Early check-ins may be allowed subject to approval. Please call either the night before, or the morning of your arrival date to verify that your site will be available.
Late check-outs MUST be preapproved and are based on availability. Failure to check-out at the required time will result in an additional charge of $25.00 for every 15 minutes late.
Please note, because we hate to see you go, you are more than welcome to use the facilities of the park after you have vacated your site. Please contact the Front office for parking options.
Yes, but all guests must register at the Ranger Station and pay the $3.00 visitor fee.
Day guests may be asked to park in the overflow parking areas.
All day guests must leave the premises by 10:00pm.
Guests are NOT allowed to bring pets into the park.
Day guests and overnight guests will be issued car passes which must be displayed on the rear view mirror of their vehicle.
NO visitors will be allowed access to the park after 9:00pm!
Guests may fish on Partridge Lake and the Wolf River with a Wisconsin fishing license that can be purchased at the Bait Shop. Fishing on our catch and release Jellystone Pond does not require a license.
